Walz Brags About Teaming Up With RINO Tim Pawlenty
Cartoon obtained via Alpha News
Governor Walz has nearly done everything he can to push the Covid-19 vaccine on the people of Minnesota. From bribing your children with $200 gift cards, to mandating it for state employees… Walz will not rest until every Minnesotan is pressured into getting this vaccine.
Now, Walz has teamed up with a disappointment of a Republican Governor, Tim Pawlenty. Last Tuesday, Walz and Pawlenty both put on a show for the press by receiving their Covid-19 booster shots. Pawlenty served as Governor of Minnesota from 2003-2011 and again ran for the Republican nomination for Governor in 2018, only to lose the primary to conservative candidate, Jeff Johnson.
By teaming up with Pawlenty, Walz believes that he is making the subject of Covid-19 boosters a bipartisan, commonsense issue. He does all of this despite the fact that top FDA officials resigned over the plan to roll out booster shots.
Here’s a message for Governor Walz – Tim Pawlenty does not speak for conservatives, nor does he speak for anyone who believes in health freedom. The choice to receive a vaccine or booster must be made by the individual, not politicians.
MN Teachers Union Backs Mandate For Students
Following the FDA’s endorsement of vaccines for children ages 5-11 on Tuesday, Education Minnesota called on state leaders to “be bold” in mass vaccination efforts.
What does the left-wing teacher’s union mean by “bold”? That’s a good question. According to their press release from Tuesday, they believe that “All options should be on the table.”.
This appears to be an endorsement of vaccine mandates for school children in not so many words. With Governor Walz’ current “$200-per-jab” bribe for students, it should come as no surprise that the left will soon embrace mandates for a public education.
If you value health freedom and the ability to choose what you believe to be best for your children, you should pull them out of public schools immediately.
Public schooling no longer serves as a means of educating your children, but as a means to conform your children to norms set by the political elite.
Maybe school administrators will begin to wake up when they continue to see enrollment rates decline over this nonsense.
Thousands Gather In St Paul For Health Freedom
Thousands of patriots from across the state of Minnesota (and even a few patriots from Wisconsin) gathered in front of the Minnesota State Capitol on Saturday to stand for health freedom, and against ensuing vaccine mandates.
After meeting at the Capitol at noon, liberty-lovers made their way over to the governor’s mansion to protest Governor Walz’ support of vaccine mandates.
Not only did Governor Walz applaud President Biden’s vaccine mandate on businesses with 100 employees or more, but he himself mandated vaccines for state employees.
This freedom protest and walk was intended to show both politicians on both sides of the aisle that vaccine mandates are an infringement upon private health freedom and must be stopped.
There are a few proposals that are currently being teased for the rumored special legislative session, though the most aggressive proposal to date comes from Representative Erik Mortensen. His “Stop Vaccine Mandates” amendment would not only ban both public and private vaccine mandates, but also nullify any radical vaccine mandate coming from Sleepy Joe Biden.
If you agree that legislators in St. Paul must take action to stop vaccine mandates, then give your state representative and state senator a call. Tell them to co-sponsor Representative Mortensen’s “Stop Vaccine Mandates” amendment at the upcoming special legislative session!
MN House Leadership Continues To Live In Fear Of COVID
Photo obtained from StarTribune
As long as the DFL maintains their political power, Minnesotans will be forced to live with pandemic restrictions. On Friday Morning, DFL Speaker Melissa Hortman announced that the Minnesota House will continue to operate under pandemic guidelines through the end of the 2022 legislative session.
This means that the Minnesota State Office Building will continue to be closed to taxpayers for another legislative session.
In addition to creating a barrier between voters and their legislators, Hortman will continue to force mandatory masking on the house floor, as well as allow virtual attendance for both committees and floor sessions.
Melissa Hortman is not the only radical-left winger who is trying to keep the fear of COVID-19 around. Former Biden Advisor and U of M employee, Dr Micheal Osterholm predicts that Minnesotans could see a “5th COVID surge”.
Both Hortman and Osterholm are being empowered to keep up this fear mongering by Governor Tim Walz himself. In case you needed the reminder – Walz shut down businesses, churches, and schools. He mandated mask-wearing statewide, and wasted taxpayer dollars on incentives to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Now, he’s requiring the vaccine for state workers, and flirting with the idea of requiring school children to be vaccinated!
Enough is enough. The far-left has gotten away with their power trip for far too long. You and I need to send a message to anyone seeking to restrict individual liberties by supporting Articles of Impeachment against Walz. Have you signed the Official Impeachment Petition?
Walz Extends Vaccine Bribes Program To Your Children
Image obtained from StarTribune
Remember Governor Walz’ vaccine bribes program from this summer? The one where taxpayers would pay someone $100 to be inoculated with the COVID vaccine? Apparently the backlash wasn’t enough to dissuade Tyrant Tim Walz from expanding the program… this time to your children.
Walz and the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) announced on Wednesday that they would be paying children ages 12 to 17 to be inoculated. This time, taxpayers will be shelling out $200 per vaccine as well as an entry into a $100,000 scholarship giveaway.
Minnesota is not alone in partaking in ridiculous giveaways for vaccinations. 18 other states have also set up some kind of vaccination lottery. However, According to the University of Colorado Denver, none of these lottery systems actually led to a targeted increase in vaccinations.
Not only is Walz trying to bribe your children into getting an experimental vaccine, but he’s using taxpayer dollars for a program that’s destined to fail! If you truly want the vaccine, you and your children have likely already gotten it.
Legislators must immediately put an end to Walz’ extravagant and wasteful endeavors. His reign over the State of Minnesota has already caused enough damage.
Despite Establishment Ties, Scott Jensen Plays Anti-Establishment Card
You and I both know that politicians will stretch the truth to fit in with their targeted audience. Gubernatorial candidate Scott Jensen is no exception. In a fundraising email sent out Saturday morning, Jensen claimed that he’ll “...never be the ‘darling child’ of the old guard political class.”.
Here's a clip from his Saturday morning email:
If this were true, why is Jensen teaming up with career politicians to promote his campaign?
On October 4th, Jensen had an event in Hutchinson parading in career politicians like Rep. Dean Urdahl and (elected in 2002) and Rep. Gruenhagen (elected in 2010) to speak to the crowd.
Gruenhagen is just one member of the St. Paul Swamp who has decided to sign on to Jensen’s “Non-Sanctuary Health Freedom Cover Bill”, which you can read about here. He is joined by Representatives Franson, Lucero, Poston, and Raleigh. Swampy Senators on board with this proposal include Koran, Abler, and Chamberlain.
For making loud anti-establishment claims, Scott Jensen sure likes to work with them.
Don’t even get me started about the fact that he got RINO Representative Pat Garofalo (first elected in 2004) to host an event for him later this week.
As you can see, the establishment is not working against Scott Jensen. The establishment is trying to prop him up in any way that they can.
If you’ve been following Minnesota politics for a while now, Jensen’s flip-flopping should come as no surprise. We've seen this time and again from Scott Jensen. He's constantly saying one thing while doing another.
Recall when Scott Jensen put his name to a pledge against gun control when he campaigned for his state senate seat in 2016, only to co-author a universal background check bill barely two years later.
Groups like North Star Liberty Alliance and Action 4 Liberty made Jensen’s 2nd Amendment betrayal known to voters across his district. Many believe this to be the reason he opted out of running for re-election in 2020.
Even more moderate gun groups like Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus called him out on this:
You can say whatever you want about Scott Jensen. You may even believe him to be a nice guy… but that does not change the fact that he lied to voters in 2016 when he co-sponsored gun control. This is a fact.
With this rampant flip-flopping and blatant lies from Scott Jensen, how can conservatives trust him to be the champion that they’re looking for in St. Paul?
Conservative Faker Rep. Lucero Teams Up With RINO Leader Rep. Daudt
North Star Liberty Alliance has been more than happy to call out "conservative" fakers like Representative Eric Lucero. Some readers take issue with our assessments, because they believe he “says the right things”. Unfortunately for Lucero, actions speak louder than words. This is evident now that he is following Legislator Lobbyist Kurt Daudt like a puppy dog.
Lucero is now organizing a fundraiser with Daudt to support a borderline perennial candidate, Jeff Dotseth for House District 11A. The event will take place on October 28th in Sturgeon Lake.
If elected, Dotseth will likely join Lucero and Daudt in blocking liberty legislation to hold Tyrant Tim Walz accountable.
Some will say that it’s too early to make judgements about Dotseth’s principles, but we know all we need to. Candidate Jeff Dotseth has repeatedly refused to fill out the NSLA Candidate Survey.
Check out the candidate survey here. NSLA asks about issues such as Constitutional Carry and the Green New Deal. How can patriots like you trust Dotseth to represent your values when in St. Paul when he refuses to put his values down on paper?
Dotseth can still fill out the NSLA survey for his run in 2022 and our team here encourages him to do so! But when he’s already aligning himself with known conservative fakers like Eric Lucero and Kurt Daudt, it’s appearing like he’ll once again shun the liberty-minded voters of his district.
New Poll: Most Minnesotans Don’t Trust the News Media
Former President Trump regularly called out the Fake News Media
Image obtained from Politico
Do you trust the mainstream media? Most Minnesotans don’t.
According to a new poll from the APM Research Lab, only 46% of Minnesotans say they trust the news media to “usually do what’s right”.
If you’ve been paying attention to what the media has been spewing over the past few years, you shouldn’t be surprised by the low confidence in what’s being reported. Journalists will commonly twist and manipulate the truth in order to get clicks and views.
Former President Trump did an excellent job on calling the media out for what they are – Fake News! Trump wasn’t afraid to call out networks like CNN and MSNBC for their blatant bias against him and conservative causes.
Minnesota has its own share of “Fake News Networks”. Remember when the Minnesota Reformer claimed Representative Mortensen doxed Representative Jamie Becker-Finn?
Read their version of the story here
The story alleges that Mortensen posted Representative Becker-Finn’s “personal details” online, in an effort to advance a piece of legislation in her committee.
On the surface, this looks bad for Mortensen. Would he really call on his supporters to harass a colleague through her personal cell phone number?
When you dive deeper into the story, you’ll realize that the Minnesota Reformer left out some key context.
When given time to respond, Mortensen explains that the number he gave to his supporters is the same number that was listed on Becker-Finn’s MN Campaign Finance Board page:
The Minnesota Campaign Finance Board offers the public information about candidates filing for office. Candidates can choose which phone and email addresses that they put on the website. If Jamie Becker-Finn didn't want to be contacted at this number, she shouldn't have used it to file for office.
Of course, left-wing publications like the Minnesota Reformer don’t care about the truth. They only care about protecting their DFL friends in the Minnesota legislature.
With journalists like this, it’s no wonder that Minnesotans distrust the media.
Walz Scared Of Special Session
Image obtained from MinnPost
As soon as the last legislative session ended in July, talks of the next special session immediately began to fly. Unions and special interest groups alike have spent the last few months vying for $250 million worth of federal taxpayer dollars. Though Governor Walz initially agreed to call a special session to distribute the money to frontline workers, he is now showing hesitation thanks to grassroots efforts to hold him and his administration accountable.
There are now several priorities for the upcoming special session. Initial talks indicated that the session could be called in September. Clearly, we have missed the September deadline. With his backers demanding a piece of the taxpayer pie, many are left wondering what Walz is waiting for.
Thanks of the thousands of calls, letters, and emails made by activists like you, Senate Republicans are finally willing to stand up to Walz and demand something in return for this $250 million handout.
If a special session is called, Senate Republicans have indicated that they may take up a confirmation hearing on the disastrous Health Commissioner, Jan Malcolm. Commissioner Malcolm has advised Walz every step of the way through this pandemic. Advising him to do everything from lock down businesses, to push for mandatory vaccines.
Governor Walz is scared that if he calls a special session, one of his best friends will be fired from her job! Will you call your legislators right now and tell them to double down?

Scott Jensen Won’t Sign Pledges; Asks You To
Image obtained from The Journal
Typical Politicians will always put the burden of responsibility back on the voters. When they can't pass a bill to accomplish an initiative, they’ll turn around and say that the people didn’t do enough.
Politician Scott Jensen is now a shining example in this swampy way. Since he has announced his run for governor, he has refused to sign any kind of political pledge for any group. He won’t put his promises on paper because he doesn’t want to be held accountable when he breaks them.
This has been clear with his refusal to sign the "Never Again" Pledge, which can be found here. The Never Again bill -- Introduced by Representative Erik Mortensen -- Is a piece of legislation that has caught the eye of liberty-minded activists across the state of Minnesota. Here are some of the bill's highlights:
- Governor Can’t Unilaterally Declare An Emergency: Emergency powers extension would require a 2/3rds vote in both the House and Senate.
- Governor’s Orders Will Not Be Treated As Law: Executive orders that the governor issues will not be used as legal dictates to Minnesotans. Only the legislature can pass laws.
- Governor Is Fined Or Imprisoned For Violating The Law: Instead of citizens being put in jail for violating the governor’s orders, the governor would be punished for abusing his or her emergency powers.
- Your Rights Protected By A Citizens’ Bill Of Rights: Including the right of free speech, the right to exercise religious beliefs, the right to assemble, the freedom to travel, and the right to operate a business or earn income.
In March, Scott Jensen attempted to explain his reasoning for his refusal to sign the pledge on the Omnibus Podcast. He claimed that while he supports the Never Again Bill, he will not sign on to the bill. Here are his quotes:
“Pledges are more of a way to corral you… In the next eight months I will probably have encouragement to sign some 30-60 pledges. I don’t think that’s the way a person should run.”
“I don’t think I could be more clear on the bill that you’ve co-signed, Jeremy, that I support it completely. Also, if the pledge said that I would, as governor, hold as one of the highest priorities – getting this done, I would sign that. If I were willing to sign pledges, which I am not.”
Scott Jensen is likely hesitant to sign pledges because he couldn’t keep them while he was a State Senator. After he signed the Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus’ pledge to oppose gun control measures, he turns around and co-sponsors Universal Background Checks in March of 2018.
Now, his campaign is asking you to put your pen to paper in support of his initiatives. That’s right, he won’t sign pledges or petitions, but he is asking YOU to.
In a Facebook ad, Jensen’s campaign is collecting signatures for his “Health Freedom Sanctuary State” proposal, which you can read more about here.
Let me be clear, there is nothing wrong with circulating petitions. North Star Liberty Alliance does it all the time! The problem here is that Scott Jensen refuses to pledge his support for anything, meanwhile he’s asking you to commit your support to his legislation.
Why would you promise to support him when he won't promise to support anything you care about? Jensen has made clear that he doesn’t think he can keep his promises. That’s a big deal for conservatives who want to take back the Governor’s Mansion next year.
If he is looking to be a leader in the State of Minnesota, he must be consistent about what he believes. After his betrayals on gun rights and his refusal to commit to supporting any legislation that isn’t his own, it seems like that may be more and more difficult for him.
