Yet Another Possible Example Of Covid Fraud In Minnesota

Time and time again our state of Minnesota becomes a hotbed for massive historical levels of fraud. This time the writing was blatantly on the walls for years and our government continued to still waste tens of millions of dollars regardless.

Today’s article revolves around one woman from Bloomington, Ayan Akubar, who despite having a shady past and losing her childcare license, earned an award for claiming to help East Africans. Ayan Abukar claimed she fed 6,400 children a day, yet one of the food distribution addresses she gave didn’t even exist.

According to the Minnesota Reformer, Back in 2012 Akubar took over a childcare facility and opened Action For East African People in 2017. So far all noble causes, but when the government gets involved things don’t stay noble for long.

In  2019 her childcare license was revoked for “providing false and misleading information and failure to comply with licensing laws and rules”. Despite this, the state and federal governments gave her millions of dollars in tax dollars with the purpose of feeding kids at her supposed food distribution sites.

One site is a Bloomington address that doesn’t exist in real life. Two sites given had the same address yet both claimed to be feeding 1,500 children a day. They also tried to claim that a Somali-American Peace Council was supposedly feeding 3,000 kids from its building every day.

These are all obvious red flags now and it begs the question how come the Minnesota government didn’t notice this and step in sooner? As we've covered before, the government did nothing during the height of Covid-19 and let over $250 million dollars be lost to the fraud machine that was Feeding Our Future.

Akubar continued to open or claim to open food distribution sites with no oversight until the 9th one was denied by her sponsor agency, Partners In Nutrition, which was outed and later terminated for its connection to Feeding Our Future, the center of the $250 million dollar fraud scheme here in Minnesota. Partners In Nutrition was supposed to be a nonprofit that distributed funds out to distribution centers like the ones Akubar was supposed to be running.

While no charges have been pressed on Akubar yet, she was giving fake addresses and reports about her food distribution centers. Additionally, her sponsoring agency Partners In Nutrition was founded by the FBI to have been “directly responsible for distributing $58 million in misappropriated funds.”

Whether Akubar did something wrong or not is not the point here. The point is, it's very obvious how shady this whole government deal was. Instead of feeding the kids, they said they were going to, the government forcefully took our tax dollars and did nothing while hundreds of millions of tax dollars were frauded basically out in the open. Every day we learn more and more about how obvious the fraud was and how the Walz Administration and the MN Department Of Education just let it happen without caring.

The more apparent how obvious this fraud was, the worse Tim Walz and his political lap dogs look. It’s just sad that the government always finds a way to meddle with our lives, but never stops its lies.

Minnesota Students Suffer Sharp Decline in Test Results

With the loss of businesses, jobs, and body autonomy, lockdowns and vaccine mandates have been tough on the adults of Minnesota. Of course, it is important to note that the government’s lockdowns have also been a disaster for children and young adults as well.

During the pandemic, MN Governor Tyrant Tim Walz didn’t hesitate to close schools and force children and young adults to learn from home. Of course, we are seeing the effects of this now, as reported by the CDC, mental illness, drug abuse, and many other nasty things spiked for helpless children who had their youth taken from them as they were stuck inside their homes for an extended period.

To quote from the article itself: “According to the new data, in 2021, more than a third (37%) of high school students reported they experienced poor mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic, and 44% reported they persistently felt sad or hopeless during the past year.”

Humans are social creatures, younger humans even more so. Student-aged children and young adults often require mental stimulation, human interaction, and an overall break from their household to grow appropriately. Unfortunately for the students of Minnesota, Tim Walz was more concerned for his political gain than actually helping children who aren’t old enough to help themselves.

And of course, with plummeting mental health and no good environment to grow and learn, Minnesota students suffered a sharp decline in test scores as well.

These lockdowns have caused irreparable damage to students, with some estimates saying students could have easily lost at least a year of learning. And now as stated by Twin Cities Pioneer Press, test scores have plummeted amid the lockdowns students faced and the constant fearmongering they had to endure about Covid-19 from their elected representatives.

The saddest part is the fact that all the damage, mental illness, drug abuse, and more that Tim Walz and his political lapdogs forced Minnesota children to endure may have just been for his benefit. Not that Tim Walz thought that he was doing the right thing, but he just cared about his public perception among the progressive voters. You may recall in our previous article that an attorney by the name of Richard Dahl had possibly found evidence in emails from the Walz administration that pointed to Walz continuing lockdowns for his political gain.

It is truly a dark time in our state’s history when our governor completely wrecks a generation of students so that he can look good to some voters. Sadly, the impeachment efforts did not drive Tim Walz out of office, but we must focus on rebuilding our students and future because the government only tears them down when it gets involved.

Lisa Hanson Case Dismissed After Walz Administration Subpoenaed

Tyrant Tim Walz and his lockdown cronies have been ignoring our human rights in favor of granting the state more power for years now. During these years, however, one story has stuck out as a shining example of standing up against the lockdown tyranny.

As reported by Bringmethenews almost an entire year ago, a businesswoman by the name of Lisa Hanson was running a bar called the Interchange Bistro. Back in 2020, Tim Walz didn’t hesitate to lock down the state, telling small business owners like Lisa that they must suffer and close down their businesses.

Lisa kept her business open for 8 days before it was forcefully shut down. Lisa was initially charged and found guilty of 6 criminal misdemeanors and fined $65,000 for keeping her restaurant open for 6 days. She was told to appear in court on March 10th and refused that too, which caused the state to hunt her down and arrest her. And then to salt the wound, the progressive city attorney Kelly Martinez suddenly found it appropriate to charge Lisa for the last 2 days of remaining open.

The fight didn’t end here, however. Lisa knew it was her human right to keep her business open if she wanted to. Lisa never forced anyone to go to The Interchange Bistro, and she never hurt anybody. Knowing she was on the right side, Lisa Hanson hired a great lawyer by the name of Richard Dahl who quickly got to work.

Lisa’s Attorney Richard Dahl wasted no time fighting back against the corrupt state that was fighting against Lisa’s human rights. Richard Dahl worked to file an appeal but most importantly he was able to subpoena Walz Chief of Staff Chris Schmitter and Commissioner for MN Department of Health Jan Malcolm, as reported on by Rocks and Cows.

The attorney Richard Dahl argued that for the charges to be legal, Tim Walz’s lockdown must be for a valid reason. Richard Dahl found evidence in emails sent between Walz’s Chief Of Staff and Jan Malcolm that the Covid-19 lockdowns were done for political gain.

It’s truly a scary world where we’re finding evidence that Tyrant Tim Walz destroyed Minnesota with lockdowns for his own gain.

Suspiciously, after these two with ties to Tyrant Tim Walz's possible corruption were subpoenaed, the case was quickly dismissed just mere days later on November 4th.

While it is truly disgusting how Tim Walz and his lap dogs were able to shut down the entire state and destroy businesses and lives just like this, we are ultimately happy these charges were quashed and Lisa Hanson is recognized as free once again. All she did was the right thing, after all, stand up for our civil liberties against an oppressive state. Tim Walz has faced impeachment before thanks to his past of butchering our civil rights. It's time for those who support him to open their eyes and see his effect on Minnesota.

Walz In Debate: Wide Open To Mandating Jab For Kids To Go To School

Ever since March 2020, progressives and politicians alike have been fighting against your human rights. Chief among those rights is the right to decide what goes into your body. Ever since the release of the Covid-19 vaccine, people like Tyrant Tim Walz have been doing everything they can to abolish your human rights, now it appears Walz might be eyeing attacking more of our kids’ rights as well.

As reported by Alpha News, at a debate earlier this week, Tim Walz was asked if he would support forcing the Covid-19 vaccine on children that attend public school. During this week's debate, a hot-button question came up: Will you pledge to acquire Covid vaccines for children to attend school?

This question comes not long after the CDC’s Advisory Committee On Immunization Practices, voted last month to add the experimental Covid-19 Vaccine to the “recommended immunization schedules” for children six months or older. If you want a more in-depth explanation of this, you can brush up here on our previous article.

In classic Tim Walz fashion, he mumbled to himself for a minute and then deflected any accountability. Tim Walz might lie but his record won’t. For years Tim Walz has not been afraid to crack down and push a pro-jab agenda to the adults of Minnesota. It’d be even easier for Walz to tell kids to get the shot because unlike us adults children can't stand up for themselves, which is the exact reason why we need to be the ones to defend the next generation.

If mandated, it would not only be against the human rights of our children but also According to an Alpha News report citing the Minnesota Department of Health: “…only 3.5% of children between six months and four years old have received a completed vaccine series.” meaning a lot of already perfectly fine children would be forced jabbed at the same time and without good reason.

This is once again a great time to bring up school choice. School Choice is where the taxes you pay for school follow your kids, so you can choose where they learn and grow. Tim Walz doesn’t know what’s best for children, he only knows what's best for his donors and his reelection. Parents know what’s best for their children and deserve the right to choose where their kids learn and if they should get a Covid-19 shot or not.

Choose freedom. Choose vaccine choice for children and school choice for parents.

Keith Ellison Attacks People Willing To Work, Removing Their Rights

Today many Minnesotans lead busy lives. You could have work, kids, school, projects, family, or friends. This can be a lot to balance and you have the right to contend with all of this in a way that works for you. Some people pick up contract jobs on the side as a way to earn some extra income with the flexibility of their schedule. For students and other busy but enterprising individuals, this sort of job is a blessing and exactly what they need in life. It is clear evidence of how the free market and the right to work can be a boon in our lives. There’s just one problem, Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison doesn’t want you to work a job you are happily willing to do.

To put in perspective what opportunity is available through the free market here, Shipt is a contract job where you sign up to pick up people’s groceries and bring them to them. Once you sign up for this job you can look at the available work hours and choose when and how long you wish to work. Perfect for students or someone that wants to make a little extra dough. A flexible job where you can choose when to work.

Many services such as Instacart and Doordash exist like this and they’re a pleasure to work with. I’ve personally worked a lot of Doordash on the side before in conjunction with a full-time job when I wanted to save up money and get a new car faster. You can make extra money on your time and stop whenever you want. This is a great opportunity not available through the government but through a consensual market. Unfortunately, the government has to step in and try and make things worse.

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison wants to get between workers and a good job. Workers and employers have a right to work in this agreement as it’s beneficial for everyone. Unfortunately, Keith Ellison wants the government to step in and ruin it. As reported in KSTP News, The AG filed a lawsuit on Thursday saying Shipt misclassified its workers as “contract workers”.

Keith Ellison claims he’s doing this for the workers, trying to fear monger saying that as contract workers, Shipt workers can only accept jobs when they’re available and trying to make it sound Shipt employees don’t know if they’ll get paid for their jobs. These are fake excuses to go after legitimate business practices. The work hasn’t dried up, Shipt workers can still go in and make money. Additionally, there’s no record that a Shipt worker didn’t receive their pay for completing their contract. Keith Ellison is needlessly trying for a government takeover and pretending like that means he’s saving the day.

It’s about government control, not helping workers. Politicians lie as naturally as they breathe. Think about it, have you ever heard a politician say: “I hear to harm you and do bad to you?!” Of course not. The government always wraps its actions in fake righteousness that actually harms people.

If you want to see the effect that a government takeover has on private contract work, look no further than California. As reported by the Pacific Legal Foundation, bill AB5 was passed years ago. This legislation drastically hurt the relationship that workers and business owners had before the government stepped in. Additionally, AB5 forcefully classified some contract workers as employees. This prevented these employees from doing what was best for themselves. A great example is how truckers who owned their own trucks were no longer allowed to set their own work times or choose their own insurance that works best for them. In California, the free market provided opportunity and flexibility but the government takeover took that away.

And since the government takeover making contract workers into employees has begun, and some of the aforementioned workers are going to be seen as employees and wish to be unionized. Those who wish to be unionized want a single board to negotiate a contract for all the workers. This will make everything efficient and slow the entire process down immensely. Because the Californian government stepped in back in 2019 with AB5, everyone's about to lose.

And now Keith Ellison wants to take the same path. He wants to take away workers' rights and make contract services worse for everyone.

Explosive Details On Massive Feeding Our Future Fraud Scheme

Another day, another reason to trust the free market over the government.

Recently some more news has come out about the massive Feeding Our Future fraud scheme. Just for a quick recap, the Feeding Our Future scheme was the nation’s biggest case of Covid-19 fraud, in which $250 million in taxpayer dollars were frauded during Covid-19. Already at least 50 individuals have been indicted and at least 4 have already pleaded guilty to this fraud.

Now, this is a big breach of trust. As taxpayers, we’re supposed to believe that the government is making sure our tax dollars are being properly handled. Unfortunately, that’s rarely the case and it looks like that wasn’t the case here. Sure Walz, Ellison, and education officials claim they did all they could to stop the fraud schemes and they tried to pass the blame to anyone else, but a new article from the Star Tribune tells a different tale. One that explains the many ways Tyrant Tim Walz, Keith Ellison, and the education officials failed all of us.

According to the article, Star Tribune states that: “state and federal records show that Minnesota officials provided federal authorities with little or no evidence that Feeding Our Future was misappropriating government funds.”

This lines up with what we already know. If you recall we previously covered how the Office of the Legislative Auditor admitted that they received no such warnings about the Feeding Our Future fraud.

The Star Tribune continues to help lay out the timeline of the facts. They say that because no evidence or bank statements were provided to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the FBI had to come in and build the case from scratch. If Keith Ellison’s office had used its powers to investigate, it could have pulled bank records and noticed that “the alleged conspirators paid at least $524,579 in bribes and laundered $3.2 million in program funds between July 2020 and March 2021, prior to the FBI's involvement”

Keith Ellison didn’t even attempt his own investigation until February of 2022 after the Feeding Our Future nonprofit had been sent $250 million.

This is exactly what’s wrong with the government being the one to handle things. Your tax dollars are taken without your consent and given to projects you didn’t decide on. Then the government sits on its hands and continues to ignore giant blatant problems and fraud schemes while hundreds of millions of dollars taken from us are frauded. What’s worse is once the state and federal governments decide to finally start doing something it’s a long and expensive investigation. Feeding Our Future had still gotten funds while the FBI was doing their 10-month investigation and as a taxpayer, you paid for both.

This is a very volatile and inefficient system. The government is lumbering, expensive, slow to see how it wastes your resources, and slower to act. This is why the free market is much better. It would be right if you had control of where your money went. According to the Star Tribune, there were at least 3 whistle-blowers for Feeding Our Future and the nonprofit was still getting boatloads of money. The government didn’t give you the choice with what they did with your money once they had it, they wasted it for years. Under a free market, one of these 3 whistleblowers could have told the public what was going on and we could have chosen a real place to donate to so that we actually could have fed kids during the pandemic.

This is the exact reason why the free market can help us more than the government. The free market gives us control over ourselves and the ability to make the right decision and help those in front of us. Waiting for the government to solve our problems like this only made things worse and it provide meals to the kids it should have.

FBI Moves To Police Speech, Claim Election Crimes

The FBI is doing what it does best: meddling in politics and subverting the minds of people. This time they’re getting ahead of the game, and you don’t have to look any further than their website where they claim “misinformation” is an election crime. That begs the question, what does the FBI think is misinformation? This is a scary question given the FBI’s history of using its resources and subterfuge to push specific political agendas.

Now when it comes to politics, honesty and transparency are the most important things we can ask for out of those running and the media presenting them. That being said, freedom of speech is our democracy's very foundation. It’s guaranteed to us as a human right by the Bill of Rights. Additionally, the FBI has a history of pushing political agendas behind the scenes and it’s looking like the FBI plans on pushing an agenda this election as well. What we’re afraid of is the FBI will use our desire for the truth as a smokescreen so they can change the course of the election how they see fit. Simply put, the FBI may be trying to push “their truth” again.

Project Veritas revealed via Twitter that certain FBI agents are being given a “2022 midterm elections social media analysis cheat sheet”, or essentially a cheat sheet on how to catch people breaking federal election laws.

Just by this image alone, it’s deeply concerning that the possibility for you to accidentally commit a federal election crime is based on 1 broad nonspecific sentence?

Of course, if you go to the FBI website they try to tell a little bit of a different tale. Here the FBI tries to play it off to the public that it’s only if someone spreads misinformation about voting times and locations

But thanks to the aforementioned leak we know it’s a lot more open to interpretation for the FBI. This is scary because the FBI has had a long history of working outside the lines of legal to keep up surveillance on people and push political narratives.

From 1956-1971 the FBI had a “counterintelligence” program where they committed several illegal projects intending to surveil, infiltrate, discredit, and disrupt domestic American political organizations. This was the FBI actively trying to watch over and meddle with American politics including Martin Luther King Jr's movement for equal rights.

Of course, they say that specific program has stopped but the FBI continues to try and control political information and thought in today’s life too. In the 2020 election, Facebook spent some time censoring the Hunter Biden laptop story. This year Facebook CEO and founder Mark Zuckerberg himself admitted on air with Joe Rogan that the reason Facebook censored the story was that the FBI told them about the info they deemed "misinformation", including the true story about Hunter Biden's laptop.

Even the slimy federal government tried to put itself in charge of information. You may remember that the Biden administration attempted to create the “Disinformation Governance Board” in April of this year. Just like with what the FBI is trying to do here, this is concerning because it would of put the Biden administration, a prominent political member, in charge of what was misinformation or not. Thankfully the American public spoke and they had to get rid of the board due to major backlash.

There are many cases, old and modern, of the FBI and the government deciding what counts as misinformation and pushing political agendas using that precedence. And It’s obvious that the FBI will do what it can to push towards a political goal. So just like it did with the Hunter Biden story, we’re afraid that the FBI, or any other portion of the government, could easily limit your real facts as “misinformation” and claim you committed an election crime in this upcoming midterm election. There is much evidence to show they already have done so before, so what’s to say they aren’t doing it now?

How Republicans Help Walz Re-Election Efforts: A Lesson To Learn

Normally tax cuts are music to the ears. Everyone likes to hear about how they are having less money taken from them and given to a failing government. With that in mind, you’d hope that our elected representatives would cut taxes for the sake of the taxpayer. Unfortunately for Minnesota, a very minor tax cut was passed years ago so politicians on both sides could help themselves, not you.

In several instances, including in his video ad, Tyrant Tim Walz has been bragging about his “accomplishment” which is supposed to be that Minnesota has passed the “largest middle-class tax cut in 20 years” according to his website.

Now technically this is mostly true. In 2019 Minnesota state politicians technically gave the biggest tax cut in almost 2 decades in their omnibus tax bill. The problem is it was a very minor tax cut that was done for the politicians’ gain. Let’s explain the context and you’ll understand what we mean.

This tax cut came after the 2018 federal tax cuts so it was basically just to keep Minnesota’s taxes somewhat in line with federal taxes. And sure this was the largest tax cut for Minnesota in such a long time because it was the ONLY tax cut for Minnesota’s middle class in nearly 20 years. Speaking of which this tax cut was for only one bracket, the middle class, and it was only for 0.25%. 7.05% to 6.8% is not a big deal. Taxes should be low for everyone. The lower class shouldn’t be burdened with taxes while also being less fortunate and we shouldn’t hurt the economy by trying to tax the upper class too much either.

This tax cut was the first in a long time, was a very small one that only affected one bracket, and was only pushed through for the politicians’ benefit. Democrats like Tyrant Tim Walz and many others are now bragging about the so-called huge tax cut they got you so they can get reelected. Every politician that supported this supported doing the bare minimum and taking huge credit so they can get your vote. Additionally, the republicans and others did it for donations to their campaigns. At the time the republicans did almost nothing and wanted to be seen as saviors. Now as they dictate our lives and ask for votes, they chime in asking for donations. They might of let you have the world’s smallest break but they definitely gave their opponent Tim Walz more fuel to brag about, so long as you are not told the context of course.

Both parties orchestrated this. If they cared about you they’d b able to come together and hash out some real substantial tax cuts. But those in power won a lot more out of this than you did. Republicans and the DFL got a whole lot of what they wanted out of this and they let you have a little bit of what was yours back. If you are lucky enough to be in the correct tax bracket that is.

Do not fall for this manipulation trick both sides are trying to play on Minnesotans. Republicans helped themselves and the DFL. DFL bragged. Their priority isn’t to let you win.

Massive Win For Medical Freedom Against Oppressive Mandates

The NY State Supreme Court has done the right thing and reinstated all of the NY Employees fired for choosing not to take the vaccine. This is a mega win for the medical freedom of New Yorkers! Let’s just hope that we here in Minnesota can follow their precedent.

According to Fox News NYC has fired over 1,400 workers to date for choosing to not take the Covid-19 vaccine. Now, Despite Mayor Eric Adams claiming their administration would never rehire those they fired for their medical choice, the NYS Supreme Court has now ordered that those fired for vaccination status must be both reinstated and given their back pay.

You can read the full court order here, but here’s the order portion of it:

To summarize, the NYS Supreme Court ruled that "being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting COVID-19."

It’s wonderful that the NYS Supreme Court is finally siding with the actual science. It’s sad to see that many states in the U.S gave in to fear and compliance instead of waiting for the actual science. But now that we know the truth and the precedent has been set, we can hope that Minnesota follows real science and goes with the honest medical freedom set by this decision.

Even More Evidence Tim Walz Wants To Waste Your Money Recklessly

Tyrant Tim Walz is now refusing to debate anyone on how he’s doing as governor. The reason is obvious:

Tim Walz has done a terrible job as governor and can not defend his actions!

During last week’s governor debate, Tim Walz did attend and he defended Minnesota’s high taxes during a state surplus saying that any money we tax comes back to us ten-fold. The only problem is that’s simply not true, especially considering how reckless Tim Walz and his political cronies have been with our tax dollars.

The most prominent example of this in recent history is of course the biggest Covid-19 fraud in the country being entirely orchestrated right here in Minnesota. As of writing these 50 individuals have been indicted for frauding $250 million dollars in aid meant to feed children during the pandemic through the government program “Feeding Our Future”. This money obviously came out of tax dollars but now it’s being reported that Tim Walz and his underlings did nothing to stop this fraud until it was too little too late.

It is important to note that Minnesota statutes legally require that state agencies inform the legislative auditor if they suspect any tax funds are being misspent. Well, state lawmakers have highlighted the clear opportunities Walz had to notice and stop this mass fraud but failed to do so.

According to Alpha News, Tim Walz and the Minnesota Department of Education failed to do site checks and also failed to demand bank statements that they were entitled to by state law.

What is most damning for Walz is this email letter from the Office of the Legislative Officer. Here the Legislative Auditor says that an official from the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) claims that the MDE called about the mass Feeding Our Future fraud in March of 2021. The Office of the Legislative Auditor asserts that it never got such a call and that the Legislative Auditor was not informed about the $250 million dollar Covid-19 fraud scheme until the news covered it in January of 2022.

Thankfully the Legislative Auditor is doing an investigation now and hopefully, we get to move past the lies of Tyrant Tim and start to know the real truth early next year.

All of this shows how entitled Walz feels about your money, and how reckless he is with it. He’ll make up garbage about how our taxes “come back tenfold”, but we know that’s not true. Our tax dollars are recklessly wasted by a government that doesn’t care how much it loses. The only people who got our tax dollars back tenfold were the people who committed mass fraud and used it to buy expensive cars and land in Kenya.

Even during a recession, even during a surplus, even during record high inflation, and even during the biggest Covid-19 fraud in the control, nothing seems to stop Tim Walz from saying failing government deserves more of your money. He knows he can't defend this behavior anymore so he's stopped trying.
